Vince Troiano
I grew up in a blue collar family who worked in construction and was encouraged to get a good corporate job with benefits. I was an entrepreneur during college and embarked on a corporate job for a few years. The entrepreneurial life kept calling me back, so I started teaching financial education in the evenings, and quickly made a career change. I was drawn to the desire to be independent with no cap on my income. Going into business with my wife, Suzanne, allowed us to reach our goals and create an incredible quality of life. We are an adventurous couple who reside in a renovated, 75 year old log cabin on a lake and live like we’re on vacation every day.

I always knew I wanted to work in corporate america and thought that would provide a secure job and fulfillment. After graduating from Rutgers Business School, I landed a job the fast paced industry of advertising in NYC as an account executive for 10 years. I thought I would do this for life, but was never really fulfilled, never felt a sense of significance or purpose. Once I started seeing Vin’s pursuit of entrepreneurship and fulfillment, combined with my arduous commuting and stall in my career growth, I fired my boss and joined him in business and never looked back. It was the best decision I ever made. Being in business together, dreaming together and creating a vacation-like living lifestyle is better than I ever imagined.
